    Shipping Policies

    1. We reserve the right to choose method of delivery, on all flat fee and free shipping orders. Most
    orders however, will be delivered by common carriers or UPS Ground service.

    2. Hazardous materials and oversized products may require additional shipping costs. These items are
    marked in our online catalog as (cannot ship UPS). In these cases you will be notified after your order has been placed either by email or telephone of additional charges.

    3. You will be emailed a confirmation of each order and you will be able to monitor the status of your order by logging in to our main catalog.

    5. $9.95 Flat Fee Delivery is only valid on UPS Ground Shipments within the Continental United States.

    6. Whole Hog Janitorial will only ship to the purchasers physical location. If items are shipped to a location that is not the purchasers home or business the purchaser will be responsible for any items that are lost and any or all shipping charges. UPS does not ship to Post Office boxes or Post Offices.

    7. Whole Hog Janitorial reserves the right to replace your product with a product of equal similarity in the case of a back order (you will be contacted before this happens).

    8. All missing or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours by emailing us at customerservice@wholehogjanitorial.com.  Claims for damage or missing products will not be processed after 24 hours of receiving products.
